Jody Caldwell Sepúlveda, Realtor & Property Manager
Raised in a “real estate family”, Jody has always been surrounded by all aspects of the business. After attending the Fay and Northfield Mt. Hermon Preparatory schools in Massachusetts, Jody headed to New York to attend and then graduate from Columbia University. It is there that she began her career in Real Estate at Sotheby’s International Real Estate. After 10 years in the big apple, Jody moved back to her hometown of Gulfport, earned her Real Estate License and came to work at the family business.
Jody wears many hats in the office. She is responsible for the financial facets of all three divisions in the office, is the Property Manager overseeing all aspects of the Property Management division including Owner relations, leases and marketing and is an active Realtor for the office working with both buyers and sellers.
