A Message of Thanksgiving

RWC Rentals Blog - Thanks + Giving

Thanksgiving is a truly special time of year. It allows us to slow down just a little and spend more quality time with friends, neighbors, family, and loved ones. This holiday is also the perfect opportunity for reflection and gratitude. Ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday, we want to share our own special message of thanks.

Appreciating Our Residents

Any note of gratitude starts with our incredible tenants. We are so appreciative of the trust you place in our team. We enjoy serving our tenants and providing them with exceptional experiences.

Appreciating Our Owners

Our job is to eliminate the day-to-day running of your property, so that you can sit back and enjoy your investment. We appreciate our for trusting us with that task year after year. Thank you for working with us to allow us to put our years’ experience to work for you.

Thanking Team Members and Vendors

Our dedicated team strives to provide unparalleled service to our tenants each and every day. Their commitment is inspiring and they are most often cited by our tenants for why they rent through Caldwell. Our team deserves a huge shout out for their tireless efforts! Thank you for all you do.

Giving Back to the Community

As an engaged community partner, we’re proud to support our local community in a variety of ways. We team up with our employees, tenants, owners, vendors and partners on various philanthropic endeavors and work hard to give back. We believe it’s our responsibility to be a community steward and help create positive change in the world. This Thanksgiving season we participated in two local food drives which benefited Cornerstone Community Church and St Jerome’s Lifeline Food Pantry.  We are also participating in a Pay It Forward Toys Drive benefitting Operation PAR. Members of the community who would like to participate can drop off a NEW Unwrapped Childs Toy any time before December 15.

As you prepare for Thanksgiving, we encourage you to take some time to reflect on this year. What are you grateful for? Who do you most appreciate? When’s the last time you told them? Showcase your gratitude. You can even share your messages of thanks with us on our Facebook page.

Happy Thanksgiving!
