Dear Tenants-
With the upcoming storm we wanted to remind everyone about the Mobile App available for all our tenants. If you have not already downloaded the AppFolio Tenant Mobile app we suggest that you so today as a preventative measure. The weather approaching our area is unpredictable at the moment and we are preparing for possible power outages next week.
Reminder: The 1st lands on Sunday and our offices are closed on Monday for Labor Day. Once downloaded and your online tenant portal has been activated through the system the Mobile App allows you to securely pay recurring charges (if you are enrolled in our online payments platform), submit maintenance requests, access shared documents and more.
